We believe strongly in being a good corporate citizen and neighbour, and supporting the people who make Central Vancouver Island their home. We often participate in projects that contribute to the well-being of our region.
Nanaimo Airport proudly support many community projects, ranging from the BC Summer Games, to the Nanaimo visit by the world-famous Snowbirds in support of the CHILD Foundation and the Festival of Lights held annually in Ladysmith.
Our annual donation to the North Oyster & Area Historical Society helps the society and the area’s community centre, which is a social heart of the area. Our donation shows our appreciation for the many barbecues cheerfully provided by Society volunteers at airport events.
