Don Goulard brings a wealth of aviation and business experience to the Nanaimo Airport. He is an Accredited Airport Executive (AAE) with the International Association of Airport Executives, he holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Vancouver Island University, and has an honours degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. While earning his Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL), he apprenticed as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer and went on to serve as the Production Manager at an Approved Maintenance Organization. He was an Airport Manager in the Kootenay’s prior to joining the Nanaimo Airport in 2016. Don currently serves on several provincial, national, and international airport operations and environmental committees.
