The Nanaimo Airport (YCD) is once again teaming up with the Nanaimo NightOwls for an exciting game night giveaway. This year, one lucky winner and three friends will be heading to experience the legendary Calgary Stampede!

From rodeo thrills and live entertainment to midway rides and fireworks lighting up the Calgary skyline, the Calgary Stampede is one of Canada’s most iconic summer events.

Now you have the chance to experience it all with an unforgettable weekend getaway!

Join us at the Nanaimo NightOwls game on Friday, June 5, 2026 for your chance to win.

The winner and three guests (4) will enjoy an unforgettable Stampede weekend in Calgary.

• Round-trip flights to Calgary via YCD’s Calgary route

• 3 Nights at Hotel Arts Calgary

• Stampede Rodeo tickets

• Stampede Evening Show tickets

During the game, 6 tickets will be drawn and called.

If your ticket number matches the one called, make your way to the designated location to participate in the contest game!

1) Spin around a bat in one direction 10 times

2) Run down third base line

3) Toss a beanbag into a cornhole – closest to the hole wins!

If more then one beanbag goes in the hole, there will be a toss-off to decide the winner.

Winner and any guests will be responsible for any other expense not explicitly included in the Prize, including but not limited to transportation to and from Nanaimo Airport and Calgary International Airport, hotels, and events, travel and medical insurance, travel documentation, gratuities, telephone calls, all food, beverages, and meals, in-room charges, and damages. Winner may be required to present a valid major credit card upon check-in at the hotel to cover any expenses over and above the standard room charge.
